During the last 25 years I have helped many people who have suffered emotional and physical distress.
Very often these experiences are hurtful and hard to to talk about due to their painful nature.
I do understand and admire the courage it requires to seek help and the healing of these memories.
My experience has taught me that with sensitive, patient and careful therapy significant healing and recovery can occur.
Where hurt and distress has been caused in unsafe relationships, healing can be found in a safe, trustworthy, therapeutic environment which is what I aim to provide.

I trained as a Supervisor in 1999 and have been offering Counsellor Supervison since then.
I am also a BACP Senior Accredited Clinical Supervisor (Individuals)
I provide a safe place where the counsellor can explore their own thoughts and feelings about their clients and the way their practice is unfolding.
I feel it is important to encourage and facilitate the continued learning, self development and self monitoring of the counsellor.
I offer an initial meeting Free of Charge to answer questions and to ensure we can establish rapport and a working relationship.
My charges for Counsellor Supervision are £50.00 per hour
